Utilizing this proprietary technology, we can produce tanks with band thickness exceeding 65mm, featuring gradually variable cross-sections that concentrate raw materials in high-stress areas. The tank design, thicker at the bottom and thinner at the top, ensures uniform stress distribution and rational design, guaranteeing mechanical strength and safety. It safely contains various corrosive liquids, offering advantages such as light weight, elegant appearance, and superior reliability compared to plastic rotomolding, plastic sheet welding, FRP winding, hand lay-up, carbon steel lining, and other processes. This unit is currently the world's advanced and *largest spiral winding forming machine for cylindrical sections, capable of processing cylinders with a diameter of φ3500mm and a single section length of 6200mm. The welding at the tank bottom and trough base, which endure the highest stress, is performed using imported automated sliding extrusion welders, allowing large welds to be completed in one pass without rewelding. This ensures leak-free performance under any conditions, safely storing hazardous corrosive liquids and safeguarding work and environmental safety. It is an ideal equipment for chemical, pharmaceutical, dyeing, food, and other industries handling corrosive media.
